Baptize immediately

Guy Muse shares empathetically Neil Cole's thoughts and now i share them, do you?
SIXTH, I would create immediate obedience in baptism. Baptize quickly and publicly and let the one doing the evangelizing do the baptizing. The Bible doesn't command us to be baptized, but to be baptizers. It is absolutely foolish the way we hold the Great Commission over our people and then exclude them from obeying it at the same time.

this Sunday i will be baptizing 8 people, half of them are under 10 but want to obey Jesus.

kids, who get it when i talk to them privately, forget everything when i ask them in front of parents and strangers why they want to be baptized. even though i've just read half of Romans 6 and explained to everyone there the symbol of baptism. so then i ask them, have you asked Jesus to forgive you your sins, do you want to follow his example of baptism and show every one here what happened inside your heart? and they nod and i dunk them based on their profession of faith in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
