Black History Month Is Really About Black Future

"At some stores and restaurants, the service gets slow when the customer is of dark skin. Some places of employment aren't as inviting to minorities as they could or should be. And the N-word is not used solely among young hip-hoppers, and it isn't always whispered.
Refusing to participate in society, however, is not the answer. Becoming a burden upon society is even worse. That hurts everyone, including hard-working black people. Refusing to work at entry-level jobs to gain a foothold on the ladder of success benefits no one."
