week 5 barefoot running

i need to up the mileage this week. i went for three or four miles today. i was very slow but i did it. i'll go back to two miles then another 3 miler. i still plan on running 5 days this week. but some will be longer than others. the weekend off did wonders for my feet. i need to pick my feet up more though. now my right big toe is bleeding.
